ICBC and CVAP clients are welcome. I am able to provide direct billing to ICBC.
For clients utilizing CVAP funding, my standard session rate exceeds the program’s reimbursement limit. Because of this, a portion of the session fee may not be covered, and you would be responsible for the remaining balance.

I follow the rate guidelines set out by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors. Many extended health plans cover counselling by a CCC. It’s always a good idea to check with your insurance provider to make sure you’ll be covered.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the therapist’s schedule that could have been filled by another client. As such, I require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are charged the full session fee to the card on file.
Late Arrival Policy: I understand that delays can happen. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I have not heard from you, the appointment will be considered a missed session (no-show) and the full session fee will apply.
These fees are not covered or reimbursed by insurance providers, including ICBC, and are the client’s full financial responsibility.
